Kosciuszko Challenge 2018

raised of
$500 goal

Most of us have had our lives touched in some way by cancer. For people diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, the odds are stacked against them in their battle with the disease due to a lack of research, limited treatment options and an absence of government subsidised drugs. Having lost my father to such a cancer, this cause is very close to my heart.

The Mount Kosciuszko Challenge is an annual event hosted by Rare Cancers Australia (RCA) to raise awareness and much needed funds for the over 52,000 Australians diagnosed with a rare and less common cancer each year. On March 17, I will be climbing 2,228 metres above sea level to reach Australia’s highest point to help RCA fund important work in research, advocacy, patient support and treatment, community education and awareness.

Even the smallest donation would be greatly appreciated to help improve the outcomes for people diagnosed with rare cancers. On behalf of my team, Summit Up Nicely, thank you for your support.

100% of the funds raised through The Kosciuszko Challenge goes towards RCA’s work to improve the lives and outcomes for Aussies living with a rare or less common cancer. RCA is a Federal Government-classified Health Promotion Charity. All donations over AU $2 are fully tax deductible.
