At Novartis, our purpose is to reimagine medicine to improve and extend people’s lives. It’s a mission grounded in science, innovation and an unwavering commitment to patients. It is also brought to life through action. Our fundraising team exists to turn that purpose outward, translating what we do every day into tangible support for the communities that need it most.
The Kosi Challenge is a powerful expression of that commitment. Much like our work in medicine, it is not about taking the easiest path, but about stepping forward together, embracing challenge and pushing beyond limits in pursuit of something bigger. Every step towards the summit of Mount Kosciuszko mirrors the journeys faced by people living with rare and complex cancers that demand resilience, determination and hope.
As a team, we climb with purpose. We fundraise to support Rare Cancers Australia, helping ensure that no one faces their diagnosis alone and that innovation, advocacy and care continue to reach those who need them most. The Kosi Challenge reminds us that progress happens step by step, that collective effort matters, and that meaningful change is achieved when we move together.
