I am climbing for rare
On March 14th 2026 I will be climbing Mount Kosciuszko Australia's highest mainland peak with some of my amazing family and friends to raise awareness and funds for rare cancers - a cause that is deeply personal to me. I’m currently living with a rare and aggressive cancer and like many others in this community, I’ve learned how little research and support these conditions often receive. Yet every rare diagnosis represents a real person, a real struggle, and a need for greater understanding.My achievements

A huge thankyou to everyone who has sponsored me so far I am very grateful for your support, currently my fundraising total is $17,342.00 which is absolutely amazing. In just over 2 weeks time we will be starting our road trip to Thredbo to take on the Mt.Kosciuszko challenge and I can't wait to do this with some amazing family and friends together we will be climbing 2,228 meters to that summit. Well our team has grown this week❤️ welcome to Di, Jim, Tracy & Sarah. Our fundraising is rocketing and is currently sitting just over 20k and raffle tickets are selling great since launching on Saturday. We are currently sitting top of the leader board for individuals and teams which is absolutely amazing.

Today is 1 year since my diagnosis of small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma and I'm still kicking goals and preparing to climb Mt.Kosi thanks to a wonderful team at Flinders Centre for Cancer and Innovation. I have received so much care, compassion and love from so many of you over this time it's been absolutely overwhelming and I want to say thankyou to you all ❤️🙏
