I am climbing Mt Kosciuszko for Rare Cancers

Just over eight years ago, we lost our beautiful friend Chloe. At just 23, she lost her battle with cancer, and all of our worlds were changed forever. 

Her memory lives on powerfully in the hearts of her family and friends — and in the countless lives she touched with her kindness, warmth, and spirit.

For those diagnosed with rare cancers, the prognosis is too often bleak, with limited funding available for research and treatment options. I’m climbing Mount Kosciuszko to help change that — to raise funds for research, for hope, and for better outcomes. This climb is for Chloe, and for every family who deserves the chance to hear the bell ring, to celebrate survival, and to ensure that their loved one’s story isn’t cut short. 

The Kosi Challenge is the single signature fundraiser for Rare Cancers Australia (RCA), with the sole purpose of raising awareness and much needed funds for people across Australia impacted by rare and less common cancers.

In March 2026, I'll be climbing with hundreds of others, in support of rare, in memory of and with those living with rare themself – together we are a community and Kosi unites us all!

All funds raised through the Kosi Challenge goes directly towards funding the individualised, 360 degree person centred support that RCA’s team of specialist cancer navigators provide for patients, carers and their families.
