We're climbing Mt Kosciuszko to raise funds for Rare Cancers Australia
We’re climbing for rare.
On 14 March, our family — Team Pearce (Fearne, Beatrix, Fiona & Dave) — will be climbing Mount Kosciuszko as part of the Kosi Challenge to support Rare Cancers Australia.
Rare cancers are often overlooked, yet their impact is profound. In our own family, we have loved ones living with cancer — and like so many families, everyone knows someone whose life has been touched by cancer. We’re climbing to honour them, to stand with those currently facing a rare or less common diagnosis, and to help ensure no one has to navigate it alone.
The Kosi Challenge is RCA’s signature fundraiser, raising vital awareness and funds for people across Australia affected by rare and less common cancers. Every dollar raised goes directly to RCA’s specialist cancer navigators, who provide personalised, practical and emotional support to patients, carers and families when they need it most.
