I am climbing for rare

The Kosi Challenge is the single signature fundraiser for Rare Cancers Australia (RCA), with the sole purpose of raising awareness and much needed funds for people across Australia impacted by rare and less common cancers.

Last year during my Honours year I worked with this organisation and got to see first-hand the difference they make in the lives of people living with rare cancers. These often-overlooked cancers collectively account for approximately one-third of all cancer diagnosis in the country. Rare Cancers Australia provide both financial support and patient guides who help patients and their families navigate their healthcare journey with diagnosis that don't often come with as much support as more common cancers.
In March 2026, I'll be climbing with hundreds of others, in support of rare, in memory of and with those living with rare themself.

All funds raised through the Kosi Challenge goes directly towards funding the individualised, 360 degree person centred support that RCA’s team of specialist cancer navigators provide for patients, carers and their families.

REMEMBER: RCA is a Federal Government-classified Health Promotion Charity. All donations are fully tax deductible.
